This tool also works with nobody watching: the same data is published as static JSON, no key and no account. Every response carries its units, the origin of the K-factor and its caveat.

What it does and what it does notThe limits, before they bite
- It covers air bends with a constant inside radius. A closed hem, a roll form or a draw are different operations.
- The default K-factor is ours, not from a standard. It is the number that moves the result most: if you have your press brake’s own, use it.
- Each material’s density is a physical fact, but real weight varies with the sheet’s thickness tolerance.
- This is a reference calculation. Check the blank against your CAD flat pattern or a test piece before cutting a batch.

You have the blank. How do you lay it on the sheet?
The unfold tells you how long you are; nesting tells you how much you waste. Tool 01 places your parts on the sheet and gives you the real utilisation percentage — also without uploading anything.
