1. Owner
This site is operated in a personal capacity by a private individual resident in Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain, under the trade name newlife (New Life Solutions), which is not an incorporated company. Contact: uhalveyy@gmail.com. The site is published at newlifesolutions.dev and subdomains of the same domain. As of today it is an informational and access-request site: there is no online contracting or payment, and no paid service is provided through it. When that activity is registered, we will publish here the full identification details required by art. 10 of the Spanish LSSI-CE — name, tax ID and address — before enabling any paid contracting. If you need to formally identify the responsible party before then, write to us and we will provide it in writing.
2. Purpose
This site informs about the studio’s tools (in particular CADlingua) and lets you get in touch. It is a static, informational site: it hosts no application, requires no registration and provides no online service. CADlingua is presented as a case study, with an interactive demo that runs in your own browser; the hosted service that used to exist was decommissioned in August 2026. Any real use of the tool on your drawings is agreed in writing, case by case.
3. Intellectual property
Copy, the newlife brand, the CADlingua name and the site design belong to the owner unless stated otherwise. DXF is a format documented by Autodesk; Autodesk and third-party product names belong to their respective owners.
4. Liability
Hub content is informational. We aim for technical accuracy but do not guarantee the absence of typos. Using CADlingua for production drawings is the user’s responsibility; always validate the output file in your CAD before manufacturing.
5. Governing law
Unless mandatory law says otherwise, Spanish law applies. Preferred venue: courts of Bilbao.
