Is my camera stream or uploaded image sent to a server?
No, never. All QR code scanning happens entirely in your browser using the jsQR JavaScript library. Your images and camera feed never leave your device. We have no server-side processing for QR scanning.
Why isn't it detecting my QR code?
Make sure the QR code is clearly visible, well-lit, and not blurry. For uploaded images, ensure the QR code isn't too small or distorted. For camera mode, hold your device steady and ensure good lighting. The QR code should fill a good portion of the frame.
