newlife hub — third-party notices

This site is written by newlife. A few permissive libraries are bundled
because replacing them would mean shipping a worse, home-grown copy of
the same work. Copyleft (GPL / AGPL) is not used.

The MIT license requires that the following notices travel with the
software. That is why this file exists.
